This sticker is included in bonus boxes in Target stores. There were signs in the stores announcing "Coming in May". But they didn't start appearing until almost July. Collectors were starting to panic.
The Target Bonus Box turned out to be severely short-printed, compared to the Wal Mart Bonus. Nobody knew at the time, so nobody stocked up on B2's, as a result not less than a year later they were almost never to be found on eBay and going over $50 when they did turn up. As of 1/1/06 this is by far the toughest new series sticker to come by.
