The Sew-On Patches are a bit confusing.
There is a standard and fairly common release of 12 titles packed in a display box.
But quite a few so-called "test patches" have surfaced, which were not included in the box.
To begin with, the box itself has pictures of patches which are not included inside the box, but which have turned up in the wild.
Additionally, there are patches with paper backing and also with cellophane wrapping. The story behind these is a bit mysterious.
